Taking the step to begin counseling is an act of courage, and I am here to walk alongside you in that journey. As an Associate Licensed Counselor, I work with couples, adults, and children, supporting people through many different stages and challenges in life. Whether you are navigating relationship struggles, dealing with anxiety, or simply seeking greater balance and wellness, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered.
My approach is compassionate and practical—I believe that growth comes from both understanding and action. With couples, I focus on strengthening connection, communication, and trust. With individuals, I help uncover underlying patterns, build coping tools, and restore a sense of peace and confidence. I recognize that each person’s story is unique, so I tailor therapy to fit your needs, blending evidence-based practices with a genuine, human connection.
You do not have to face these challenges alone. Healing and growth are possible, and I would be honored to support you along the way.

Beginning counseling can feel overwhelming, no matter what stage of healing you are in. I honor the courage it takes to take that first step, and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way with compassion, empathy, and unwavering support.
I work with children, teens, and adults; emphasizing the creation of a safe, supportive space for each stage of life. My practice is rooted in a deep respect for the healing process and a belief in every person’s ability to grow, adapt, and thrive.
I specialize in the treatment of OCD, mental health in sports and athletic performance, the emotional impact of chronic illness, and overall well-being. However, I have experience working beyond those specific presentations and am happy to help you wherever you are in your healing journey. Whether you're an athlete navigating high-pressure environments, a person living with chronic health challenges, or someone simply working toward greater balance and clarity, I strive to ensure your experience is fully seen, heard, and honored.
Counseling isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about building resilience, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward a more empowered and meaningful life.
